**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee our two restaurants while being the General Manager at one location. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in operations management.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity and performance
- Lead and manage the operations team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing processes
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with Ownerhsip to set company goals and objectives
- Drive business development initiatives to expand market reach and increase revenue
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role with a focus on operations management
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and process improvement
- Excellent project management abilities with a track record of successful project delivery
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to effectively lead a diverse team
