Position Overview:
We are seeking a self-starting, detail-oriented multitasker with exceptional accuracy and a commitment to quality work to join our operations team. The Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth logistics, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes to drive sales and enhance our ecommerce operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily e-commerce operations, including order processing, inventory management, and shipping logistics.
Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment.
Work closely with the Customer Service team to ensure customer inquiries are addressed efficiently.
Manage internal warehouse operations and third-party 3PL providers to meet operational KPIs.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with service providers, vendors, and suppliers.
Resolve issues with service providers, vendors, and suppliers promptly.
Negotiate contracts and establish new service provider channels and vendors.
Participate in meetings with retailers and distributors to address issues and ensure exceptional customer experience.
Ensure timely launch of new products and listing on relevant retailer channels.
Plan and organize end-to-end activities for successful trade shows.
Understand backend commerce interfaces of various retailer channels proficiently.
Address staff needs and dependencies to facilitate task fulfillment.
Monitor staff schedules to plan an even work distribution throughout the company.
Monitor operational expenses and manage costs within established financial parameters.
Monitor promotional calendars, detect, and resolve conflicts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies and achieve targets.
Work closely with the sales and commerce teams to align sales plans with inventory.
Create daily and weekly operational reports for management review.
Understand the workflow for new product development and ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Engineering).
Proficiency in spreadsheet software and Excel for data organization and analysis.
Comfortable with budgets, numbers, and interpreting sales performance metrics.
Attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to tackle new challenges.
Negotiation and communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capacity to work independently.
Self-initiator with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Pay: $60,160.00 - $88,160.00 per year
