The role:
As a Sales Executive, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for supporting the growth and success of Tangle Teezer’s business. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, ensuring efficient order processing and customer communication. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to multitask will be essential in this role.
In this role you’ll get to:

Communicate with customers and respond to purchase order requests and other inquiries.
- Work closely with our Ecom account manager to support the Amazon business
- Process all customer orders in a timely manner.
- Learn to use all retailer portals for order processing and other account admin.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as logistics and finance, to ensure the timely delivery and payment of orders.
- Liaise with EPD/NPD team and send all new product samples to Sales Team based on availability.
- Send out all new samples before customer sales meetings.
- Maintain and update internal databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and materials.
- Assist in supporting the Sales team with day-to-day ad hoc tasks.
- Provide some small office management assistance to the wider team such as mail or meeting co-ordination.
What we are looking for in you:

Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Amazon experience a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
- Beneficial but not essential is a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
