【About this position】
As our business expands, we plan to establish a New York office in September 2024 and are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.
Sales activities may also include visits to new and existing clients throughout the United States.

〈Responsibilities〉
1. Sales Team Leadership and Strategy Implementation
- Lead the sales team, ensuring the execution of sales strategies to achieve annual goals.
- Monitor and adjust sales team activities through the PDCA cycle, maintaining flexibility as needed.
- Evaluate cost-effectiveness and optimize sales activities for maximum efficiency.
- Seek new approaches and methods, proactively implementing effective alternatives.
- Collaborate with internal and external parties to enhance customer satisfaction.
2. Market Analysis and Client Relations
- Quickly collect and analyze market information, sharing it with relevant parties.
- Establish touchpoints with end-users through optimal product selection and presentation.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings, training, and attend exhibitions as required.
- Share goals and information with clients to ensure a clear understanding of the business.
- Maintain a good relationship with clients, responding promptly to requests and addressing issues.
- Collaborate with the inventory control department to create an accurate and effective shipping system.
- Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to close new business.
3. Reporting and Coordination
- Prepare professional, complete, concise, and accurate reports, proposals, and other documentation.
- Coordinate with other sales reps to ensure company quotas and standards are met.
- Conduct market research and regularly monitor competitors.

- Domestic and international business travel is required as needed.
