EMH Sports is looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative to work during the school year (August-May). ONLY apply if the following fits your schedule and circumstances:
- Able to work each year from August-May part-time
- Ability to work in-office on Tuesdays/Wednesdays and remotely for the rest of the week (office is in Temecula)
- Have a working laptop and a quiet working space
- Your paycheck will be once a month
- Able to type 40 to 60 WPM
The qualified candidate must be energetic and vibrant. They must be able to interact with customers over the phone in a prompt, efficient, and courteous manner according to EMH policies and procedures. The qualified candidate must have a good speaking voice, be a quick study, be outgoing, and be computer savvy.
Skills Required:
- Excellent written communication and phone skills are critical
- Able to understand CRM system
- Able to communicate in a kind and respectful manner to customers
- Strong computer skills
- Experience with GoogleSheets, GoogleDocs, and Word
