Job Title: Licensed Well Driller/ Field Supervisor
Salary: negotiable Pay Frequency: Bi-Weekly
~~Field Supervisor (FS) is responsible for the understanding and the execution of field projects from commencement through completion. The FS is responsible for managing one or more field staff to ensure that projects are completed safely, on time and within budget as per the Scope of Work defined within the project proposal and/or any associated bid documents and/or project performance standards and the project contract. Must be willing to help crew with manual activities onsite. The FS is also responsible to immediately report any Change in Conditions or variance from the Scope of Work to the Project Manager so that any necessary stop work or change orders can be addressed and approved as necessary. Further, the FS is responsible for reviewing the project file and applicable details before hand with the Operations Manager and/or the Project Manager and if any questions or changes need to be addressed, handle all questions and/or changes with the project manager prior to the commencement of work at the site.
General Job Requirements
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to complete the following general tasks:
·Possess an understanding and knowledge of how to complete the project provided
·Communicate with the project manager and management team in order to fulfill all contractual obligation to complete the project on time and on budget
· Manage field staff working on the project
·Follow all corporate and / or established health and safety protocol as required for the safe execution of the project
·Complete a Daily Activity Record (DAR) and safety forms, in accordance with company requirements, on a daily basis
·Submit all job-related documents, including but not limited to DAR’s, tailgate safety meeting forms, material purchase and delivery slips, trucking slips and receipts for any materials purchased for or delivered to the job site; waste manifests, bills of lading, scrap receipts or any other disposal receipts for any waste removed from the job site; equipment delivery tickets or receipts for any equipment purchase or rental; invoices and any other documentation for any subcontractors, etc. on a weekly basis for any project extending longer than one week or upon completion of the project. All documents shall be provided to the Operations Manager and the original job file shall also be submitted to the operations manager upon completion of the fieldwork for the project
·Understand and utilize P.O. numbers, in accordance with the company policy, for all project related purchases
·Maintain all certifications, license and fully understand, follow, and enforce corporate policy and procedures
·Red tag any equipment deemed unsafe or in need of repair and notify the operations manager so that it may be repaired
·Obtain and maintain a Class A CDL within one year after the start of employment
·Complete a visual inspection of project sites prior to the project start date as needed to ensure familiarity with the site layout and conditions so that the field crew is properly prepared for the project and so that any potential issues are addressed prior to the commencement of work
·This position will require overtime hours and may require weekend work hours as well.

Experience: Minimum 10-years Required in the environmental drilling industry
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Work authorization: United States (required)
Certifications/Licenses:
·Valid State Driver’s License (required)
·40-Hour OSHA training
