Interpower Induction is a machine builder specializing in the design and manufacture of Induction Heating machines with material handling used in almost every segment of industry. The machines utilize solid state IGBT, and SCR based power converters (also called supplies, inverters, drives) ranging in power from 5 to 10,000 kilowatts. The power supply designs have output frequencies from 60 Hertz to 400 Kilohertz.

Summary: Electrical, pneumatic and software design, build and troubleshooting of control system solutions for industrial equipment and automation products by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Interpower Induction may ask an employee to travel if required. Travel may be to support sales activities with customers, trade shows, engineering and consulting, installations, startup, service, and other company or job-related activities.
· Develop Electrical and Pneumatic experience preferred. designs in AutoCAD Electrical 2020
· Develop PLC Logic designs in Rockwell RSLogix5000 (ControlLogix, CompactLogix). Step7 and TIA Portal (Siemens) experience preferred.
· Knowledge of Graphical User Interfaces design with Rockwell FactoryTalk View Studio. Step7 and TIA Portal, and Automation.
· Use various communication protocols, including Ethernet IP, DeviceNet.
Education/Experience:
· Degree preferred but will consider 3-6 years concurrent experience in PLC programming languages, operator interface programming languages and hardware design, we will consider candidates with
· Controls hardware design and configuration experience.
· Understanding of hand shaking communications with Robots and PLC.
· A good understanding of pneumatics.
· Robot programing experience is a plus.
· Working knowledge and experience with electrical codes and safety standards.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
