Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and experienced individual to join our team as a Social Media Specialist and Part-Time In-Store Sales Associate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy across various platforms while also assisting with in-store sales three days a week. Responsibilities:
Social Media Specialist:
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Create high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms.
- Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure brand consistency.
- Analyze social media insights to guide future strategies.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and monitor customer reviews.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
In-Store Sales Associate:
- Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain the appearance and organization of the store.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues.
- Help with inventory management and restocking of products.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
Skills:
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva.
- Experience in social listening and leveraging insights for strategy development.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and strategies.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Ability to create content effectively for different target audiences.
- Proficient in social media marketing techniques.
- Strong proofreading skills for accurate content delivery.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
