SHIFT SUPERVISOR
This position will be responsible for the restaurants operations during that shift. It will be their responsibility to watch labor hours as well as maintain the correct ammount of staff to properly execute our product to the guest, to clean thoroughly during and after the shift and then setting up the next shift for success. The shift supervisor will check employees out, inform the GM of any guest problems or complaints as well as managing the overall moral and keeping it positive and professional during the shift. They are responsible for informing the GM of any problems that do not follow our standards and expectations, inquiries about Catering’s, any employee issues that may arise, or problems a guest may have had prior to that day so the GM can follow up on it.
The shifts are usually 2:00-10:30pm or a swing shift 11-8:00 pm
The hours of operation are Monday-Saturday 10:30-9:05 closed on Sunday
