We are hiring:
We're looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our team. This role will directly report to the Customer Success Team Leader. The ideal role should be able to maintain good relationships with existing customers and provide critical solutions based on customer’s needs. He or she also should be able to understand the deep needs of customers and integrate with our service or products.
What you bring to the table:
- Responsible for cooperative optimization by promoting our clients’ products and activities through online platforms, and helping our clients to improve their volume of sales.
- Optimize our clients’ service process, promote the establishment of information systems related to our clients.
- Accept all inquiries from merchants and distribute them to corresponding departments to solve problems.
- Work with clients and understand their needs and requests
- Keep up to date with the current market trends and industry forecasts
- Visit customers regularly to collect problems and demands
- Maintain a good cooperative relationship with clients
- Perform other duties as assigned
Who will be the best fit:
- Bachelor degree or above, fluent in English, native English is preferred.
- Have an understanding of market demands and be familiar with corporate social media is preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication skills, be friendly and patient
- Detail-oriented, goal-oriented, has a strong execution ability
- Has a clear value and sense of teamwork
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin

Intern period:
3 months intern to hire
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
