Seeking Part time Office Manager/Bookkeeper position to provide day to day administrative and accounting support.
- Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system (QuickBooks)
- Accounts Payable functions
- Accounts Receivables functions
- Banking
- Sales and Administrative support as required
- Support Administration of State & Local Regulatory Requirements (Licensing, Sales Taxes, etc.)
- Phone reception (very limited)
- miscellaneous correspondence
- Other duties in support of the business
Desired Requirements
- Proven experience as office coordinator or in a similar role
- Experience in customer service will be a plus
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and office management systems and procedures
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Word) and Quick Books accounting software
- Working knowledge of office equipment, including but not limited to faxing, copying, filing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 20 per week
