Stock Room -Tool Associates at Xtreme Aviation (Boston Location)
Position: Stock -Tool Associate
Location: Boston, MA
Reports to: Materials Manager

Responsibilities & Duties:
Support the request and logistical movements of materials by Xtreme Aviation Technical Operations.
Oversee maintaining accurate stock levels to ensure materials are available for maintenance events, avoiding service disruptions due to parts.
Process all materials movement requests accurately and on time.
Perform cycle counts accurately.
Maintain up-to-date shelf life in every stockroom.
Issue all parts to maintain accurate inventory counts.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Responsibilities and duties may change due to circumstances (e.g., emergencies, workload changes, rush jobs, or technical developments).
Issue tools and materials required for maintenance.
Keep records of issued and returned tools.
Generate a “Lost Tool Report” for unreturned tools.
Maintain a tool inspection to ensure all issued tools are safe for use.
Control broken tools and report as appropriate.
Maintain inspection and calibration for all tools requiring calibration.
Restrict and control access to the stockroom and its contents to authorized personnel only.
Issue only approved, serviceable parts, tools, and materials to repair station personnel.
Identify, properly tag, and segregate any material or part that does not meet the standards outlined in the QA manual.
Notify the Stores Manager of shortages of material or parts needed to perform required work.
Perform inspection upon receipt of aircraft parts, supplies, and equipment from vendors to ensure order accuracy and completeness.
Fulfill requests for aircraft parts for Xtreme Aviation.
Package and properly document parts shipments for distribution to customers and/or vendors.
Proficient with computers, basic knowledge of word editing software, inventory sheets, and email management.
Warehouse operations knowledge and experience with shipping, receiving, and stocking practices.
Ability to carry out several assignments simultaneously and deliver positive results.
Ability to adjust to continuous change and shift focus to new tasks while maintaining productivity and general goals.
Detail-oriented, able to produce accurate work to avoid unnecessary reproduction.
Dependable, completing all assigned tasks and maintaining good attendance.
Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Able to endure temperature changes and outside work.
Skills and Qualifications:
Must understand, read, and write English.
Possess the knowledge and ability necessary to perform the work.
Self-initiated, able to complete needed work and identify areas requiring attention.
Minimum of three (3) years of practical experience in the work being performed.

Physical Requirements:
Exposed to high levels of noise.
Able to lift fifty (50) pounds without mechanical assistance.
