We're currently seeking a Licensed P&C Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. You will work as a member of our Commercial Lines team focused on providing clients' support on all aspects of their business insurance needs.
As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts and providing exceptional customer service. Hybrid Work Schedule
Monday - Friday
3 days will be ON-SITE, 2 days will be remote
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing a 4 million dollar portfolio of business consisting of small, medium and large commercial clients in need of coverages for General Liability, Commercial Property, Commercial Auto and Workers Compensation, Bonds, Professional Liability, EPLI and other specialty products.
- Responsible for day-to-day service of clients including renewals, endorsement processing, communication with clients and companies, negotiating premiums, policy transactions, cancellations, certificates of insurance, binders and audits.
- Remarket policies and get quotes from a variety of carriers and MGA’s to maintain competitive pricing for all commercial policyholders to explain and analyze current programs and changes, marketing renewals and providing support to Producers.
- Responsible for management and achievement of quarterly/annually revenue quotas
- Responsible for data entry of client information and other forms of documentation into company computer system
- Responsible for negotiation of client contracts
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- BA/BS Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience with independent agencies preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service is a plus
- Online/TAM agency management system experience preferred
- Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
