**Job Title:** Dual Director of Sales – Home2 Suites and Hampton Inn Georgetown

**Reports To:** General Manager
**Job Summary:**
The Dual Director of Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth for both the Home2 Suites Georgetown Austin and the Hampton Inn Georgetown. This leadership role will focus on developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets for both properties. The Director of Sales will work closely with the General Manager and corporate office to ensure alignment with the overall business goals and brand standards of both properties.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Revenue Generation:**
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue and market share for both properties.
- Identify and target new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the revenue management team to develop pricing strategies and optimize room revenue.
2. **Sales and Marketing:**
- Create and manage annual sales plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Plan and execute sales campaigns, promotions, and events to drive bookings and increase visibility.
- Develop and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content.
- Represent both properties at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities.
3. **Client Relationship Management:**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other potential business sources.
- Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations to secure business contracts.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing client needs and resolving any issues promptly.
4. **Team Collaboration:**
- Work closely with the General Manager and other department heads to ensure cohesive operations and guest satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, performance, and market trends to the management team.
- Mentor and guide sales team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
5. **Brand Alignment:**
- Ensure all sales and marketing activities align with the Home2 Suites and Hampton Inn brand standards and guidelines.
- Promote both brands' unique selling points and core values in all interactions and communications.
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel sales, or comparable industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of hospitality market dynamics and trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using sales management software and CRM systems.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
