Responsibilities:
Promote business and concept to improve sales
Finishing and managing to go orders platform
- Oversee daily restaurant operations
- Hire, train, and supervise staff
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and control food costs
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with the kitchen to ensure quality food service
- Monitor financial performance and set goals for improvement
Skills:
- Experience in interviewing and hiring staff
- Proficiency in bartending and customer service
- Knowledge of food service management
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and inventory control
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage a fast-paced environment effectively
- Previous experience in hotel or kitchen management is a plus
