BE Aesthetics is a medical cosmetic practice located on the northeast side of Wichita, KS. BE Aesthetics specializes in cosmetic eyelid surgery and minimally invasive and noninvasive cosmetic medical treatments including Botox, fillers, PDO threads, laser treatments, collagen induction therapy (microneedling), microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, IPL, pixel, Ultherapy, chemical peels, facials, and more!
We are seeking a nurse injector that will help grow the practice, become an integral member of the medical team. Training available.
The employee is responsible for ensuring an outstanding patient experience, building relationships with patients, building up clientele, and selling the value of services and associated skin care products. This job will require excellent patient care skills, a fun personality along with credibility, thorough knowledge of the services and products offered in the practice, high integrity, and a hardworking attitude.
This employee will be team oriented, have great decision-making skills, be highly motivated, display excellent patient care, high integrity, and a rapid learner with the ability to grasp concepts.
Required Experience: 2+ years of aesthetic injections preferred.
Required Language: English
Required License/Certification: Registered Nurse, BSN, NP, PA-C or CRNA
Responsibilities and Duties
- performing a comprehensive and detailed skin evaluation on patients
- evaluating patient’s suitability for different services and recommending such services
- perform medical cosmetic services under physician supervision, including but not limited to: Filler and Botox
- Assisting with social media
- proficient in documentation and use of the EMR software system
- keeping aesthetician treatment rooms neat and clean daily and products displayed as required
- provide excellent customer service
- Active Licensing and follow KS State Board Regulations
- share responsibilities to ensure consistent adherence to patient care standards and the use of lasers
- recommending and educating each patient on services and products that will benefit them and align with their skincare goals
- should be a team player, respectful of others, and creates an ideal customer experience through a friendly and helpful attitude
Qualifications and Skills Requirements:
- active RN, BSN, PA, or CRNA
- ability to be friendly and personable to patient
- positive, professional, and pleasant demeanor
- effective relationship building skills
- sales driven
- honesty, reliability, hardworking and flexibility with the schedule
- skincare sales experience
- high level of interest in advancing their own education and learning new techniques
