This position provides support and monitoring of clients during the detoxification / treatment process and IOP for multiple locations (from Upland to Colton). This position carries a caseload and provides support of facility operations to counseling staff. Must be a Licensed in Marriage Family Therapy, Clinical Social Worker or Professional Clinical Counseling with two or more years of licensure. Computer literate as we use an electronic medical records system. Must have a valid California Driver’s License and maintain current TB reading, CPR and First Aid Certificates.
This position reports to the Clinical Director
Collaborate with Medical Director, Clinical Director and Nurse to provide superior client care as needed. Continuous monitoring of clients. Client supervision and problem solving. Assist in client transportation as needed. Facilitate educational groups as needed. Maintain all charting and other records as required by GCS, County, State and all other pertinent local agencies. Provide support and collaborate with program managers and counseling staff. Attend all required Agency staff and training meetings. Abide by all Agency policies and procedures. Maintain compassion, empathy, and professionalism toward clients; their family members and/or significant others at all times. Ensure the highest level of service is provided to the people we serve. Maintain client confidentiality in compliance with federal guidelines, including HIPAA regulations. Adhere to staff Codes of Ethics and Conduct. Adhere to policies and procedures set forth for agency. Adhere to all safety and housekeeping standards established by GCS. Must have knowledge of federal, state, and local laws, rules, regulations and standards governing all services provided by GCS
- Must be physically able to operate a variety of equipment including computers, copiers, calculators, and fax machines.

Pay: $66,560.00 - $87,360.00 per year
