Registered Nurse - RN or LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Supervisor

We are seeking to hire a Registered Nurse - RN or LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Supervisor.
** Available Shifts: Full-Time - 3p to 11p and Part-Time Every Other Weekend **
Registered Nurse - RN or LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Supervisor Qualifications:
- Current licensure in the State of MA as an RN - Registered Nurse or LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Current CPR certification.
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in nursing supervision or nursing management in Long-Term Care.
Registered Nurse - RN or LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Supervisor Job Summary:
- Assist in directing and supervising the implementation of the resident care plan.
- Regular rounding on nursing units to supervise staff, check residents, greet all new admissions.
- Ensure staff follow facility policies and procedures.
- Monitor and assure that incidents, accidents and resident/staff complaints are reported and documented correctly.
- Facilitate communication between licensed nurses and providers, responsible parties or outside vendors.
- Assist in ensuring adequate staffing for the nursing department.
- Assist in direct resident care and work as a staff nurse, as necessary.
