Seeking HR - Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our recruiting office as well as client site assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Answer and direct phone calls
· Organize and schedule interview appointments
· Greet applicants/visitors in a positive and friendly manner
· Prepare regularly scheduled reports on a daily/weekly basis
· Maintain reports on a daily basis using Excel
· Maintain sensitive new hire documentation
· Organize weekly orientation documentation to be submitted to corporate
· Checking in new hires
· Tour new hires at client facility as needed
· Conduct new hire orientation in a face to face setting as needed
· Present policies and procedures with new hires in a group setting as needed
· Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients as needed
· Liaison between employees and management staff for translation purposes
Qualifications and Skills:
· Proven experience as an administrative assistant
· Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
· Working knowledge of office equipment
· Must be expert level in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
· Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
· Attention to detail and problem solving skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
· Sense of urgency while handling large orientation groups
· Must be bilingual (Spanish)
Hours: Full Time
Monday – Friday
Schedule can range anywhere from 6am – 5pm. Must be able to start @ 6am 2-3 days out of the week.
Pay Rate: DOE

Pay: $17.50 - $19.50 per hour
