As the Recruitment Coordinator you will support the organization as we continue to rapidly scale our mission driven organization devoted to serving those with I/DD. You will partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead to reach hiring goals and implement hiring strategies.
What you will be doing:
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and various hiring teams.
- Managing and updating candidate data across ATS and related systems.
- Coordinating background checks and reference checks for selected candidates.
- Facilitating the flow of candidates through recruitment.
- Updating and distributing job postings across various platforms.
- Assisting Talent Acquisition Lead with resume screening and candidate evaluations.
- Assisting with screening potential candidates and conducting interviews by phone and/or in person.
- Maintaining effective communication with candidates and hiring managers and maintaining positive experiences throughout the hiring process.
- Assisting with social media accounts and reporting any issues to the Talent Acquisition Lead and Marketing Manager.
- Facilitating recruitment events and career fairs.
- Tracking and reporting on recruiting metrics and initiatives for short and long-term planning purposes.

- Good multitasker, including the ability to handle applications for multiple positions, juggle interview schedules, field timely callbacks, etc.
- Two years of experience with recruitment or recruitment coordination.
- Familiarity with ATS, HRIS, Microsoft office and Google platforms and willingness to learn new systems.
- Ability to pass LiveScan fingerprint clearance.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour depending on experience
