Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Vehicle Coordinator to join our automotive team. The Vehicle Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing the logistics and operational aspects of our vehicle inventory. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for the automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the Accounting and Stocking of New and Used Vehicles.
- Coordinate the delivery and receipt of vehicles to and from various locations, including dealerships, auctions, and service centers.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory, including vehicle identification numbers (VINs), condition reports, and logistical details.
- Collaborate with transport companies to arrange timely and cost-effective vehicle shipments.
- Manage vehicle titles, registrations, and related paperwork in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the coordination of vehicle photography and marketing materials for online sales platforms.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and external partners throughout the vehicle lifecycle.
- Support special projects and initiatives related to vehicle logistics and operations as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in automotive logistics, vehicle coordination, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of vehicle titles, registrations, and DMV processes preferred.
- Familiarity with automotive inventory management systems (e.g., Dealertrack, vAuto) a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
