Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead our customer service department, ensuring excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Duties:
- Oversee and manage the customer service team to provide exceptional service
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback
- Analyze customer service data to improve processes and enhance customer experience
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer interactions
- Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership skills
- Oversees and ensures customer escalations are resolved up to company expectations while
offering strategic solutions that address needs through feedback and identified target gaps in
customer satisfaction.
- Engages with customers to build relationships, resolve issues, and answer customer questions via email and phone.
- Actively and consistently outreaches to customers to ensure their expectations are met and gather feedback on how we can improve.
- Identifies and monitors and wins customers through strategies that maximize customer engagement.
- Track call center team KPI's.
