Job Summary:
Provide friendly, attentive, and timely service to create an exceptional experience for all of our guests.
Essential Job Functions:
- Take beverage orders from guests and cocktail servers
- Request identification from guests to ensure they are 21 and over
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the Casino’s standard drink recipes
- Accept guest payment, process credit card charges and make change
- Record drink orders accurately and immediately after receipt into POS system
- Wash and sterilize glassware
- Prepare garnishes for drinks
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves and storage areas
- Report all equipment problems and bar maintenance to F&B Director
- Assist the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies
- All other duties that may be assigned
Work Environment:
- Must be willing to work any shift when necessary, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to tolerate areas containing second hand smoke
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English
- Must have previous bartending experience
- Basic math skills required
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have passed Bartenders’ Union Craft Exam
- Must have TAM Card or ability to obtain same
- Must have Health Card or ability to obtain same
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to walk, stand, and bend for 8 hours
- Must be able to lift, carry, pull, or move objects weighing up to 30 pounds
- Must have manual dexterity in hands and fingers

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 – 40 per week
