Seeking an ambitious recent college graduate to join our team.
- Responsible for full cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, presenting, and closing qualified candidates of all levels.
- Use Staffing systems and tools including relational database applicant tracking systems, documenting actions in real-time.
- Place up to 100 outbound calls per day
- Utilize social networking, job boards and referrals to source candidates
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Provide excellent applicant and internal employee customer service
- Manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Requirements:
- Flexibility, confidence, courage, and accountability
- 0-2 years' experience is preferred
- Impeccable relationship building abilities
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Some travel to industry conventions and/or job fairs may be required.
