Duties:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our company's overall marketing goals.
- Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct thorough research to identify key trends and opportunities in the social media landscape.
- Utilize social listening tools to monitor and analyze our brand's online presence and stay up-to-date with industry news and trends.
- Create engaging and relevant content, including blog posts, videos, and social media posts, to drive engagement and increase brand awareness.
- Use Adobe Creative Suite to create visually appealing and professional-looking graphics and videos.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including public relations and marketing, to ensure consistency and alignment across all marketing channels.
- Monitor and report on the success of our social media campaigns, including metrics such as engagement rates, follower growth, and conversion rates.
- Identify and address any issues or negative comments on our social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and how they apply to social media marketing.
- Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
