Key Responsibilities:
- Hunt for New Business: Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
- Pitch and Close: Present and promote DirectX TMS products and services to prospective clients and close deals.
- Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Exceed Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a monthly basis.
- Pipeline Management: Manage your sales pipeline and record all activities in our CRM system.
- Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Proven Sales Success: Demonstrated success in outbound sales or a similar role.
- Excellent Communicator: Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Relationship Builder: Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-Motivated: Driven by results and a self-starter.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
- Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation:
- Uncapped Commission: Maximize your earnings with no limits.
- New Agents: $150 Per Week for 6 Weeks**
- Equity Opportunities: Earn 10% of gross per client, per week. Consistent Residuals.
- Service Agents: Become a service agent and earn up 55% of gross per client, per week
- High Earnings: Top performers earn $100,000+ annually.
- Bonuses: High pay incentivize and reward our top-performing sales agents.
