StretchLab Cypress is seeking an experienced Studio Manager to oversee studio operations and sales for our studio located in Burbank.
StretchLab is an industry leader and fast growing Boutique Health & Wellness Franchise offering one-on-one assisted stretching. With Co-Founders coming from the Personal Training industry, Stretch Lab has created a variety of offerings to empower clients to ‘Live Long’ focusing on prevention, maintenance and recovery stretching for optimal health and movement. POSITION:
The perfect Studio Manager possesses sales experience and the expertise to oversee studio operations effectively.
REQUIREMENTS:
. Demonstrate proficiency with 3+ years of experience in fitness and health wellness sales.
. Self-assured in generating personal sales and skilled in training Sales Representatives in effective sales techniques.
. Capable of both independent work and seamless collaboration with the studio owner.
. Competent in managing and optimizing all revenue streams, spanning from membership sales to retail.
. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, whether in-person, over the phone, or through email.
. Adaptable and able to excel in a dynamic, diverse work environment.
. Keen ability to identify areas for improvement and enact changes with sound judgment.
. A genuine passion for fitness and a strong affinity for the industry.
. Proficient in writing and grammar, ensuring clear and professional communication.
. Highly organized, with a knack for data management, effective prioritization, and meeting deadlines.
. Exhibits professionalism, punctuality, reliability, and maintains a neat appearance.
. Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.

. Proficiency in using computers and studio-specific software to streamline operations.
DUTIES
- Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and Networking
- Implement sales process to schedule prospects into Intro sessions
- Drive Membership sales through outside sales and business development efforts
- Manage staff schedule
- Directly coordinate with all vendors, ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts
- Supervise Sales Representatives and Flexologists
- Proficiency in ClubReady, to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.
- Independently make decisions related to high level customer service
- Collect out-standing dues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness studio
- Enforce StretchLab policies and procedures
- Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible
- Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
- Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
- Any other duties as assigned
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- This position offers a very competitive base salary; based on experience & performance.
