Education and/or Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an accredited college or university
- 8+ years of experience in the design of transportation facilities
- Knowledge and experience with MicroStation/OpenRoads or AutoCAD/Civil 3D, and other applicable software common to the field of transportation engineering
- Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office products
- Experience with Colorado DOT (or other state DOT) plan preparation procedures and standards
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills
- A desire to grow personally and professionally while working in a team environment to create designs supporting our clients’ overall project goals
- Hydraulics and/or traffic experience is a plus
Required License or Certification:
- Colorado Professional Engineer license or ability to transfer a license from another state

Salary range for this position is: $110,000-$130,000/yr dependent on experience and qualifications
