Responsibilities:
- Enter data into databases or systems accurately and efficiently
- Verify and correct data as needed
- Create and update spreadsheets with Excel or other software
- Perform data entry tasks such as transcribing, sorting, and organizing information
- Maintain confidentiality and security of data
- Follow established procedures and guidelines for data entry
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed
Skills:
- Proficiency in data entry and administrative tasks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of databases and data entry systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
