**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in office management and possess strong administrative skills to support the smooth operation of our office.
**Duties:**
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Manage inbound phone calls and scheduling
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments for upper management
- Organize operations and procedures
- Create and maintain a filing system
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain databases
- Proofread documents for errors and maintain accuracy in all office correspondence
- Maintain an orderly and clean working environment
- Assist in project coordination and tracking progress
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operation
**Experience:**
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or relevant role
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Dental office or healthcare administration experience is a plus
- Experience in project coordination is advantageous
