Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to various departments.
Responsibilities:
- Perform drug testing on some clients, this may include observed specimens
- Perform clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and data entry
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with organizing and maintaining files, both physical and digital
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
