Summary
The Implementation Specialist at Sonata Bank will facilitate the rollout of the QSR Employee Perks app, specifically designed for restaurant franchisee companies. Essential Duties

Collaborate with restaurant franchisee companies to understand their unique needs and adapt the implementation plan accordingly.

Guide HR teams through the setup and integration process of the QSR Employee Perks app within their existing systems.

Conduct training sessions for HR teams and key stakeholders to ensure they are equipped to roll out the product to employees.

Provide continuous support to clients, addressing any technical issues or concerns promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Work closely with the product development team to relay feedback and insights from clients to inform future product enhancements.

Technical Knowledge
