This person will work in the Marssa Sushi & Steakhouse Restaurant kitchen, a AAA 4-Diamond restaurant. The candidate should have skills and knowledge of kitchen operations, with experience in sushi cooking. They should be capable of producing a consistent product to meet and exceed guests' needs in a timely manner.
- Experienced cook, preferably with sushi and/or steakhouse experience
- Customer service oriented
- Good communication skills
- Availability to work PM shift including weekends and holidays
- Must have (or be willing to obtain) Clark County Health District Food Handler Safety Training Card
- Good working knowledge of accepted standards of sanitation.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.47 - $19.83 per hour
