Job Summary:
EXPERIENCED CTA CORONARY TECHNOLOGIST
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CT Technologist to join our medical imaging team. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography (CT) equipment to produce diagnostic images of patients. Your expertise in performing CT scans and your attention to detail will contribute to accurate diagnoses and patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Perform CT scans on patients as ordered by physicians
- Position patients correctly and ensure their comfort during the scanning process
- Operate CT equipment to obtain high-quality images
- Review and evaluate images for clarity and accuracy
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret scan results
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure the proper use of radiation protection measures
- Calibrate and maintain CT equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Stay updated on advancements in CT technology and techniques
Requirements:
- Valid certification as a CT Technologist
- Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field
- Current state licensure or registration as required by law
-PROFICIENT IN PERFORMING CORONARY CT ANGIOGRAPHY
- Proficient in operating CT equipment and performing scans
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology related to CT imaging
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols accurately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Please note that all positions at our facility are paid positions, including internships.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $45.00 - $58.00 per hour
