Job Title: Admissions Assistant PTE
Reports to: Director of Admissions
Status: Part-Time; Non-Exempt
Position Description:
Working as part of a five-person team in the fast-paced LWHS Admissions Office, the
Admissions Administrative Assistant provides administrative support for the team and is expected to provide excellent customer service to prospective applicant families and current school community members. This is a part-time (15-20 hours per week), hourly, non-exempt, position from Mid-August through May annually.
Primary responsibilities:
Assist in coordination of electronic filing and tracking of student application materials on Ravenna
Assist in Admissions decision letter mailings
Assist with Prospective Family Events including but not limited to:
Open House
Shadow Visits
Parent Tours
New Family Welcome Event
Support our campus re-visit program for admitted students in March: Meet and greet prospective students and their parents, distribute name tags, visit schedules
Creative projects and duties as assigned by the Director of Admissions
Additional responsibilities:
Respond to phone calls and emails from prospective students and families
Electronically file application materials from prospective students and organize and prepare applicant files to be read and evaluated
Solicit and track proprietary financial information from prospective families applying for Flexible Tuition through Clarity
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and relate well to students, parents, faculty, staff, and others while maintaining appropriate confidentiality

A bachelor’s degree and at least 1 years of related work experience preferred
