Selected candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Initiating outbound calls to promote Vignam's educational solutions to tuition owners, and educational institutions
2. Effectively conveying the benefits and features of our products to prospective clients
3. Engaging in meaningful conversations to understand the needs and challenges of potential customers and align our solutions accordingly
4. Coordinating appointments and meetings between prospective clients and our sales team
5. Maintaining comprehensive records of calls, interactions, and appointments in our CRM system
6. Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to provide valuable insights and feedback from customer interactions
7. Staying updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and Vignam's offerings to effectively communicate our value propositions
8. Following call scripts and guidelines while tailoring conversations to the unique needs of each potential client
9. Striving to meet and exceed daily and weekly targets for calls made, appointments set, and conversions achieved
