Position Skills and Qualifications
*Must be based in the U.S.
- Complete system development utilizing standard ServiceNow tools such as Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Scheduled Job, and other baseline tools.
- Utilize ServiceNow best practices to develop client system requirements in ServiceNow
- Provide ideas and insight on best practices for the design to development process.
- Work with clients and other team members to identify system and design requirements.
- Work with service and product delivery team members to successfully deliver system functionality and development requirements
- Provide personal due diligence on development efforts to ensure quality of development products before client facing testing
- Participate in peer reviews and testing to ensure quality of your team developers’ product
- Moving development work, code fixes, new work from one environment to another
Position Skills and Qualifications
- Experience with both front and back end development in ServiceNow
- Can write JavaScript and more specifically has ServiceNow scripting experience with SerivceNow classes (GlideRecord, g_form, gs, etc.)
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, CSM, Service Portal and other ServiceNow applications.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with team members and clients
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field.

Pay: $103,119.00 - $110,531.00 per year
