```Duties:```
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient store performance
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Manage and train a team of retail associates, including scheduling, assigning tasks, and providing guidance
- Conduct interviews and assist with the hiring process to build a strong team
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the store manager to ensure adequate stock
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
- Assist with payroll processing and time management for store employees
```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience in store management or assistant management role preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Proficient in using POS systems and other retail software applications
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques and strategies to drive sales growth
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
