Job Description:
As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales over the phone or through virtual communication channels. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth by effectively communicating the value of our products/services to potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients and effectively articulate product/service offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' products/services to effectively position our offerings in the market.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Kannada and proficient in English (both written and verbal).
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Proven track record in sales or customer service roles is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
