Integrated Polymer Solutions is seeking an Operational Excellence Leader is who responsible to identify and improve the outcomes of the business, and manufacturing processes to improve efficiencies and reduce cost through execution of Continuous Improvement Plan.

Job Accountabilities:

Analyzes, measures and reports the effectiveness of existing manufacturing processes and develops sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements.

Effectively applies improvement initiatives across all functional areas of business.

Identifies and facilitates process improvement projects, training/workshops to drive cultural change.

Assists in training and skill enhancements for all employees with respect to continuous improvement tools and techniques.

Participates in providing technical expertise and implements lean principles, techniques and methods.
-
Responsible for development on Continuous Improvement Plan.

Works closely with Team Leaders to identify and eliminate 8 wastes.

Schedules, leads and tracks sustainment of Kaizen events.

Applies lean tools such as, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, TPM, LSW and TPI.

Provides expertise when recommending solutions to problems and implementation of corrective actions.

Ensures high level of focus on safety when implementing improvement ideas.

Other responsibilities as assigned.

Establishes priorities and workflow within the department; identifies root cause, conducts analysis and resolves issues with appropriate resources departments and/or action plans.
Job Specifications:
Education: Requires a bachelor’s degree or a High School Diploma/GED plus four (4) years relevant experience and appropriate certifications may be substituted for meeting educational requirements only.
Years’ Experience: Requires three (3) years of lean manufacturing experience
