Full-time – $150,000+ possible for well-experienced, high-performing individual.
The sales role is an opportunity for a motivated candidate to generate new business in an expanding market for our multi-family, and commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in customer service and sales, as well as a strong understanding of framing and truss components.

- Knowledgeable in reading architectural and structural plans.
- Motivated to work independently and driven to succeed.
- Tends to create relationships both inside and outside the company.
- Comfortable working in a team environment
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Be familiar with programs and systems used for truss design/estimating.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through prospecting and developing relationships with local developers, contractors, and homebuilders.
- Build strong relationships with existing customers by providing excellent customer service.
- Work with overall team to ensure that customers’ orders are delivered on time, on budget, and with a high level of quality.
- Maintain an Oregon Truss presence in the market, participating in builder association activities, and being the face of the company wherever helpful.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Trade school or other post-secondary education a plus
- Previous sales experience in component construction preferred.
- Experience in the construction trade, especially framing, a plus.
