Seeking a Conference Services Coordinator to work at a very prestigious law firm in Manhattan! The schedule is Monday – Friday 12 noon – 8 pm. The Conference Services Coordinator will be part of the Operations Group. This is a temp to perm.
Responsibilities:
-Provide concierge level face to face service
-Greet guests and clients, provide visitor badges and direct them to designated meeting or conference room
-Answer phones in a professional manner
-Reception related tasks
-Reserve conference rooms
-Heavy customer service for all internal and external clients
-Answer emails in a professional manner
-Communicate requests with other departments such as Maintenance, Food Service and Media
-Perform floor checks and make sure conference rooms are set up for meetings
-Flexibility to work overtime
Qualifications:
-High School diploma or equivalent, College preferred
-3-5 years’ experience working within reception, hotel/concierge, Airline and customer service
-Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
-Knowledge of visual and audio equipment
-Operate a switchboard
Job Types: Temporary, Contract, Full-time
Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
