Job Overview:
As an Automotive Customer Relations Representative, you will be the bridge between our customers and Superior Automotive Group, ensuring a positive and lasting relationship. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, addressing their concerns, gathering feedback, and providing solutions to enhance their overall experience with our dealership.
Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Issue Resolution:
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns and complaints, collaborating with internal departments such as service, sales, and finance to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
- Proactively anticipate potential issues and take preventive measures to enhance customer satisfaction.
Feedback Collection:
- Gather feedback from customers regarding their experiences with Superior Automotive Group's products and services.
- Utilize feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the enhancement of customer service processes.
Communication and Follow-Up:
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding the status of their concerns and the actions being taken to address them.
- Follow up with customers after issue resolution to ensure satisfaction and maintain positive relationships.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and issue resolutions.
- Generate reports summarizing customer feedback and trends for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in customer relations, customer service, or a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with Superior Automotive Group's products and services.
