World Bioproducts is seeking to hire an experienced Customer Service Specialist with a sharp attention to detail and enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer care to our International and OEM customers. We take a hands-on approach to growing our customer base and fostering the long-lasting relationships that we have established. As an experienced team in customer service and sales, we seek to provide world class service to our domestic and international customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manages International order processes, including setting up and tracking shipping logistics, ensuring compliance with trade laws, and communicating lead times to the customer.
- Works closely with the VP of Interntional Sales to maintain documents, account information, and assist with customer inquiries and concerns as needed.
- Coordinates and maintains relationships with OEM customers, with work including obtaining quarterly and annual forecasts, ad leading internal planning meetings related to OEM products, and serving as the frontline point of contact for all OEM customer inquiries.
- Coordinates communications and logistics for creating new OEM products or implementing changes to existing OEM products as opportunities arise.
- Supports company efforts to enter and ship orders within established deadlines and cutoffs.
- Responds to customer service incidents and work cross-functionally to follow problems through to resolution in a timely manner.
- Maintains a systemized approach for recording customer service issues, tracking and reporting on key performance metrics.
- Other Custome Service functions as assigned.
About You/Minimum Job Requirements:
- BA/BS from an accredited university.
- At least two years' experience in customer service or account management roles with a heavy focus working in customer service, customer support, or logistics.
- A positive personality and the natural ability to connect with customers and other team members.
- Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized and willing to juggle multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving and project management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
- Strong mathematical and computer skills.
- Comfort working with Microsoft Office Suite, including familiarity with Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Nav and Salesforce preferred.
