CNC Mill Programmer Requirements and Responsibilities:
- 5+ years MasterCam experience is preferred. Fluency in other CAD/CAM programs such as GIBBS Cam, Part Maker, etc. are a plus!
- Experience with Keyence CMM, SmartScope CMM, Optical comparators and all other associated inspection equipment preferred for this position.
- Create, update, document and save all CNC Mill Programs
- Assist with troubleshooting of problems/issues with the CNC Milling machines.
- Assist with the Mill tooling, orders, work holding design, purchase and implementation of said tooling.
- Collaborate with QC as necessary on setup approval, final inspection, or any inspection process that would be validating the CNC Mill process.
- Train and instruct operators daily, as well as upcoming set-up techs.
