This position is responsible continuous surveillance via floor surveillance and CCTV to protect company property and assets. Monitor for cheating, fraud, or theft by guests and employees, procedure violations, treatment of disorderly guests, guests on the exclusion list (DAPs), arrests, and evictions and treatment of ill or injured guests.

Continuously observe and closely scrutinize all activities of guests and employees on property including but not limited to, the casino floor, cage, count room, and point of sale via the closed circuit television system for criminal activity and/or violation of the state gaming commission regulations and the company policies and procedures.

Record activities where appropriate and report observations to appropriate company and state officials. Record surveillance activity in Surveillance database.

Install, clean, relocate, and maintain cameras and equipment throughout the facility.

Assures an environment which emphasizes cooperation, communication, and teamwork with all departments.

Support compliance with all internal procedures and regulatory requirements, including those associated with underage and intoxicated guests.
- Supports current law and policy to provide a work environment free from illegal and discriminatory behavior.

Basic mental math skills and ability to learn game rules and regulations.
Full-time that varies based on events and holidays and includes days, nights and weekends.
