Position Summary:
Provides administrative support for clinical managers and team members. Responsibilities include ordering DME, updating patient information, ordering, and maintaining medical inventory.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support for clinical interdisciplinary teams.
- Assists in the coordination of patient transfers.
- Prepares for weekly team meetings for assigned teams.
- Assists with management of incoming calls as part of Patient Centered Care.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent with some business courses
- Two years previous administrative experience; healthcare administrative experience preferred.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with patients and families under stress.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and accuracy in data entry required.
