The Center for Human Services, a leading provider of behavioral health care services, is seeking a full-time Receptionist.
Responsibilities:
- Answer the telephone and triage calls for private practice and public clinic.
- Greet and check in patients.
- Schedule patient appointments into electronic scheduler.
- Make reminder calls to scheduled patients.
- Monitor and update client contact information.
Qualifications:
- Receptionist experience in public clinic and private practice setting.
- Experience working with electronic medical records.
- Experience working with electronic scheduling system.
- Must have excellent customer service skills, with emphasis on excellent telephone etiquette.
- Ability to problem solve effectively over the phone as well as face-to-face.
- Ability to prioritize workload and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance.
- Ability to maintain high level of patient confidentiality.
