The Project Coordinator produces high quality, detailed work based on established standards, guidelines, and procedures. Precise, consistent work output is essential and requires patience and a willingness to handle and complete tasks on time. The working environment is stable, based on known relationships with people and well-defined processes. Job performance success is based on consistent, error free work based on defined regulations and standards. The Project Coordinator reports to either the Project Manager or Director.
Duties and responsibilities
· Coordinates workflow between customers, vendors, and management related to the project.
· Tracks and communicates all information, details, changes to project participants.
· Utilizes a web-based tool to coordinate and monitor project deliverables.
· Presents reports that define project data and progress.
· Attends weekly conference calls to discuss installations, timelines, changes, and schedules.
· Proactively identifies issues that minimize shortages, go-backs, and costs prior to project execution.
· Develops, collects, and maintains project files using computer applications.
· Establishes and maintains a positive and professional relationship with team and client.
· Determines and recommends ways to address improvement opportunities.
· Performs quality control assessments for project outputs.
Qualifications
HS Diploma with relevant field experience or university degree.
Years of Experience: 0-1 year
