Enterprise Applications Engineer ( Kronos)
Position Overview: The Enterprise Applications Engineer is responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining enterprise applications for a law firm. The individual must possess a deep understanding of enterprise applications, have a strong knowledge of SQL, and have experience working with a variety of platforms including iCIMS, Kronos, iManage, Time Walls, Open Integration Builder, Intapp, Windows Server, and Azure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, install, and upgrade enterprise applications for a law firm.
- Evaluate and document enterprise application requirements, processes, and configuration options.
- Develop application solutions that meet the needs of the law firm.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve enterprise application-related issues.
- Write SQL queries to access and manipulate data.
- Maintain backend systems including databases, servers, and networks.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with enterprise applications.
- Proficient in SQL.
- Knowledge of iCIMS, Kronos, iManage, Time Walls, Open Integration Builder, and Intapp.
- Experience with enterprise software solutions and Windows Server.
- Familiarity with on-prem and cloud solutions like Azure.
- Ability to configure enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of IT concepts and solutions.
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) in enterprise applications.
